CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 3(JUD) An Act relating to controlled                     
substances and to the possession of certain chemicals was read the             
second time.                                                                   
                                                                               
Senator Torgerson, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for              
the adoption of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on             
page 3055. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE                       
BILL NO. 3(FIN) was adopted and read the second time.                          
                                                                               
Senators Halford, Ellis, Taylor, Miller, Wilken, Parnell, Pearce, Elton,       
Ward, Pete Kelly, Lincoln, Mackie moved and asked unanimous                    
consent that they be shown as cross sponsors on the bill. Without

considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
